Performance Marketing Associate - Paid Search
Milan
You Will 
  • Design, launch and track our global Google Ads campaigns;
  • Improve site & app conversions with search, display, video, remarketing and app ads; 
  • Test, test, test - Constantly A-B test ad copies and visuals;
  • Analyze the results of our digital campaigns and take immediate action based on your learnings;
  • Work on daily reporting and budget optimisation to improve campaign ROIs;
  • Keep up to date with domestic and global digital marketing best practices;
  • Continuously find new areas to improve; 
  • Closely monitor the attribution and measurement of paid campaigns to ensure seamless tracking throughout the full funnel.
You Have
 
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree from a top school with a study in Engineering, Economics or Business department;
  • 1+ years experience in Google Ads related role preferably in a technology company or a fast paced environment;
  • High level English & Italian proficiency;
  • Solid experience with Google Ads;
  • Solid experience with Google  Analytics or similar reporting tool;
  • Preferably SQL knowledge or similar data analysis skills;
  • A self-starter mindset and can-do attitude;
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills;
  • Hunger for knowledge including new technologies and skills;
  • Courage to face ambiguity and uncertainty.
Selection steps - how it works 
 
  • First step: If you successfully pass the resumè screening process, you will have a call with one of our recruiters
  • Second step: Interview with the supervisor and HR
  • Third step: Technical challenge through which we will test your reasoning and skills 
  • Then: Interview with the Team Manager
